Same! The only thing I can think of it’s because he paid extra to those thugs and pretty much after that Dan left him so I guess he does owe him some money. But the way he humiliated him and attacked him Dan has already paid him twice and back ten fold!
you didnt read 19 days if you can sit here and say that this story never had plot and that it was always just random moments of their lives.
im not sure what happened, whether the plot ended or something or if old xian just gave up, but the plot isnt there anymore like it used to be. of course, i dont expect smth with 400+ chapters to have a continuous, progressive plot without filler or anything, but i just miss when this story wasnt just random moments of their lives. i miss when this story had progression in the characters relationships and drama and angst. i miss when this story had moments i would cry to and laugh to and get scared. now it feels bland. i am in no way trying to "complain" because i adore old xian, and i have for years. i just wish that i had more answers to all of my questions. so, if you really think that 19 days doesnt/has never had plot, either you're lacking comprehension skills, or you didnt actually read.
Honestly I always say this as well, I really do miss the jian yis family plot and storyline, how it had connections to he tians family.....I miss when this wasn't just one shots

well, it's not that i dont feel bad for him, it's just like his trauma doesn't excuse the way he's treating doc dan and HAS been treating him. i get that in some ways, doc dan agreed to "treat" his jinx for money and what not, but he never agreed to be abused and all the other shiz jaehyung did to him. the story is dragging out with little progress and i just wish that doc dan could be happy :<
Even if his backstory DID explain his actions, or made sense to them, nothing should excuse rape—within those moments, all the aggressor wants control, in which jjk has displayed multiple times!! NOT SAYING THAT U ARE DEFENDING JJK OR ANYTHING BUT I'M JUST POINTING IT OUT DON'T DID ME
