i love the way this relationship is handled so maturely and its easy to relate to ALONG WITH THE BEAUTIFUL ART (≧∀≦)
but i feel like some angst is coming...
i feel like the way that the guitarist (im sorryyy i forgot names) is handling the break up is so like, real. its not too depressing or anything but obviously he's sad and the way he's handling himself is mature af. ik i woulda died if someone told what the glasses dude told him.

so, i don't think that jianxi is getting any more progress. my reasoning is this. do you guys remember that chapter where jian yi kissed xixi after accidently getting knocked into him? after that, jian told xixi to act like nothing happened and to go back to being friends and to think nothing of it when they hug and stuff. so i think that after this moment, their progress as a "couple" stopped. after this though, jian yi told xixi about his feelings and xixi didn't accept them, but it was like "i like you too" either because all he said was "i know" and kissed him on the head. so it wasn't a rejection, but it was like a promise, that's how i see it at least. and there was a time after that where jian yi, xixi, and xiao were having lunch together and xiao asked xixi if he liked someone else, and then asked if it was jian yi and xixi only said smth like "he's been the closest to me since we were kids" but i don't think xixi has feelings for jian yi. so after all that, i believe that xixi is well aware that jian yi loves him and i don't think that jian yi's feelings for xixi have changed at all. i think that xixi loves jian yi, but not in a romantic way. as sad as this makes me, i believe that this is how their love for each other is shown while he tian and moguans are shown differently.
Boy's love is my ultimate favorite genre, but all romance draws me in. That doesn't keep me from picking up a good shounen or action manga though! Always got recommendations if anyone wants them or you can check out my lists and find new favorites
