IDGAF if MD feelings are hurt, he treating Chanwoo so bad rn and Chanwoo doesn't deserve this. I think MD is trying to push Chanwoo into leaving because he notices that Chanwoo always allows himself to be hurt (physically and emotionally) by these trash dudes. If the sub won't say the safe word it is THE DOM'S RESPONSIBILITY to do so. And AFTERWARDS they should talk about why he didn't and discuss about the punishment BEFORE IT HAPPENS. that's the protocol.

MD hasn't said the safe word NOW. Chanwoo is uncomfortable with this play,as his Dom, he SHOULD stop. He isn't. In every play, the rules have to be stated beforehand. Really, it's basic protocol.
Ok so... You're only looking at this at surface level. Chanwoo can physically leave if he wants to yes. No where in my post did I say he couldn't. You either didn't read it well or are jumping to conclusions. MD is putting Chanwoo in a situation that is emotionally abusive and unfair. He is giving Chanwoo an ultimatum---He can stay and compete to be his sub with the a**hole who played him or he can leave and not be a part of MD's life anymore (as mentioned in previous chapters, per Chanwoo they only have a Dom/Sub relationship). This is a big red flag in any relationship, you don't give your partner/friend/spouse ultimatums like this. It either makes them feel trapped (like Chanwoo right now) or it makes them feel extreme guilt over the consequences. To make matters worse, Chanwoo hasn't even had a chance to get over being humiliated and used in front of MD to even be emotionally stable enough to process the current situation. *In other words, this escalated QUICKLY
