So basically Dohyun, while teaching Yeonwoo in highschool was actually a spy hired by mc's Mother since she was really strict and controlling (Danny was also a spy). When Dohyun was in orphanage she really liked him, found him a well-off family and after that they still kept contact so when mc's Mother asked him for help he felt obliged to do it. Dohyun never told Yeonwoo the truth until his mom did. When they were in college ml was nice for him at the beginning straight up out of pity and knew all along who he was. He also knew from the beginning that mc had feelings for him and kept giving him his hopes up. I can't explain everything propely since that would be alot of writing but that's all from the most interesting plot. In the later story Dohyun treats Yeonwoo really well but still is a yellow flag since he was a manipulator. I could make some mistakes i the story but that's all from the spoilers. In the end they get couple rings, matching watches and will have twins together!! You can also check the spoilers on novel update just by searching Alpha Trauma novel spoiler. I hope my explanation wasn't too messy but tell me if you want to know something or if something is still hard to understand !!

I read the entire novel myself and actually translated the rest of it for people. So Soohyang (wooyeon mom) actually never told wooyeon Dohyun was a spy, he figured it out since the mom knew stuff about his life in college and started putting pieces together. Dohyun also never pitted Wooyeon when they became friends again, he felt bad about the situation and wanted to start over again. He knew Wooyeon recognized him but Wooyeon kept it quiet, so he just figured Wooyeon wanted to forget. From chapter 77-82 in the novel, it dives deep into Dohyun past and his pov with meeting Wooyeon again. It shared why he didn’t tell Wooyeon. His past is actually pretty sad but I wouldn’t say he is a yellow flag or manipulated anyone, his feelings were all over the place. Hopefully that makes sense!!

I read the entire novel, no he isn’t a red or yellow flag. He made mistakes and had his reasons. The novel dives deep into his past, feelings, thoughts, etc. it will all make sense in the future.
