I've read hundreds of manga but this is probably one with more soul than any other shonen-ai. It's all about the overcoming of hurt and loss via the relationships we get to see grow alongside beautiful music. This goes beautifully with smooth jazz playing in the background and actually has multiple playlists on youtube if you just type in the name.
The redheaded seme starts out gruff and mean spirited but if you're like most people, he'll grow on you in no time (he's much more likable than say, Alex from BJAlex). It's got 3 seasons and ends as beautifully as it begins--few to no loose ends!
9/10 if only cuz I don't give perfect scores~ ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

And OH MY GAWD this has got to be in my top 10 shonen-ai at this rate! I need to finish reading all of it before I give a full synopsis but the first season alone has tender, sweet moments, steamy scenes, drama to keep you guessing (but not to the point where you stop caring) and it ended SOOO nicely. I truly hope the rest of the series continues in this regard!

This turned out to be a much more in-depth read that I thought it would be. It has the simple cute feel but the later half has a character who brings a lot of drama and I think that half was the better part. All in all, a nice read and a BEAUTIFUL ending~
I'm 7 chapters in and all I can think about is how badly I wanna beat that little girl so she will stop harassing adults in their workplace. I don't know her backstory yet but she just rubs me the wrong way and no Freudian excuse is gonna change that (-_-)
It starts off sad with the 1st chapter's wham shot and the next 10 or so that follow aren't much happier. IT GETS SOOO SWEET though and stays lovely for the majority of the story. It only swaps back to sad for the last 3 chapters and even that has a happy twist ending.
All in all, this is not for people looking for romantic BL (there's not even a kiss) as the MC's are brothers who aren't like the brothers in most shonen-ai (aka, incest-y lol) but they obviously love each other (as brothers) and it's too heartfelt to pass up imo. 9/10!
