Yeah. I see what you mean but she has a few reasons.
The first is that she believes having a child with him will increase their happiness.
The second reason is it takes a while for her to get pregnant according to her. (Itās not true though because thereās a timeline where she got pregnant within a month after her wedding)
The third is most married nobles have their first child around 18/19 years old. She and Carcel are both 23 years old so theyāre far behind in her opinion. She even reminds Carcel that her parents had her brother when her mother was 18/19.

In the main ending and "what if" ending , she gets the option to return both of the time , in the main ending she chooses to stay with ML (both immortal in a way , ml is undead but with a better functioning brain than when he was alive) and in the other one she returns leaving him behind like a dog (I mean ....it was kinda sad she left him he was waiting for her ) and wakes up from coma, eden finds her and they try to find the truth behind the novel . Theirs more to it but it's too much to write here
