I feel like I’ve never seen another story that fully explores how love can completely crumble and change over time and I really appreciate how much the author is delving into it. Usually the ex-lover is just a shitty person with not that much of a connection with the mc, but this is actually so sad because if we’d gotten a story about mincheol and haesoo in high school instead, we’d be EATING IT UP they were just the sweetest just thinking from the perspective of their high school selves, it’s so upsetting that they didn’t get their happy ending
