thankful that the author has a lot of love in themselves, the sex scene where they fell and laughed feels so lighthearted, so soft, and so gentle.
Jiwoo has only been actively training his awakened powers for at least TWO YEARS. It doesn't matter if he has the best teachers (i.e. Kayden, Healing guy, Dog guy) because a majority of the battles he has won, were done through tricks and an insane amount of luck. Yes, Jiwoo is considered ahead amongst awakened his age, but two years of training cannot meet Kayden's level of power, much less this spider lady's power because she's in the top 100 with more experience. Jiwoo has defeated awakened in the top 100, not by himself though, with the help and assistance of others like him.
As somebody who has been reading this webtoon since 2020, I actually like seeing Jiwoo at a disadvantage. Where it makes sense he won't magically outpower his opponent and automatically win his battles, it's realistic. Especially with the stakes the series now has? Him challenging other disciples/awakened? It's realistic we'll see him struggle, he isn't Kayden who can win his fights through immense power. He's Kayden's disciple, told by Kayden himself he (Jiwoo) does not have to win every fight he might face because he isn't a disciple to be a clone of Kayden, Jiwoo's a disciple that embodies key important traits of Kayden.
Through perseverance, tricks and tips, smart and quick thinking, and using every bits of experiences Jiwoo has gained in his two years of training and fighting, that's what defines him as Kayden's disciple. Not a sudden immense of power that constantly overpowers everything AND the plot.
