Edit: Finished reading. So what was the mom’s story? At the end, we see a flashback to when Akira was younger and their relationship looked alright. What drug did the mom get on to become such a mess? It’s never explained why she’s so dead toward her child. Or did I miss it because I literally hate her existence.

2. The younger bro was a nuisance and serious concern but he got played off like it's all supposed to be some light hearted crush. Ahem, ma'am I believe incest and attempted rape is not something light hearted.
3. Their relationship. What even is that development? I'm literally lost. Was it supposed to be cute? Romantic? Hot? Idk I wasn't feeling none of it. Very bland.
4. In my opinion, this read more like a 7.6 rating than a 9.2 rating. But hey, that's just me.

The author almost made Touya become one of those psycho obsessed characters but ditched the idea? His character was so inconsistent. One moment he had this dark aura around him, I thought he was going to do serious damage, but the next he's this innocent puppy for his big bro. I wish his character would have just been one or the other. The author attempting to have both just makes Touya look half-assed.
Naoto's feelings for their dad was also forced. I don't understand pushing that narrative when just the bro-cest stuff is already barely developed. You don't need all that other complicated stuff in the mix as well. Or if that other stuff is necessary, then at least execute/pace the story well to expand on every detail. Overall this story was rushed and shallow.
For the side story, meh as well.
