This is one of those stories where I can't imagine him ending up with just one of them? He either ends up with both or he has to ditch both of them in the end. It just makes no sense for him to forgive the cheater and get back together nor does it make sense for him to solely be with the homophobe who treats him like shit. These three deserve to be chaotic forever together or stop entirely and yisu frees himself from this bs. I dont think there should be an in between.
When are we getting to the threesome lmao
I know it's coming. It's obvious yisu is gonna be the key that brings the cheater and homophobic man to some semblance of an agreement.
Weird? You speak as if yisu currently sharing father and son isn't weird lol oh just a normal day where a man fucks the father then goes and fucks the son. Yep completely normal routine.
Jokes aside, my vision if it's already this fucked, why not go all the way and enjoy themselves while they're at it. Plus they're not fucking each other, they're fucking yisu, the main piece that will unite their relationship ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Not sure why this was your response if you read my other reply. I argued against calling the threesome weird BECAUSE I think their relationship IS ALREADY weird enough as is that they might as well go straight to threesome next and it wouldn't matter. (To spell it out in case you miss it again, I'm saying they are weird af already. No point in drawing a line at a threesome.) I have no interest in y'alls morals or whatever analysis about the characters. That shit is out the door the moment he fucked the dad. Have some fun and just enjoy the mess that is happening.
I'm kinda in and out of this story just to see what's going on but....why would you go eat out with someone, who has been hitting on you, when you have a bf? Also Yiyong seems to be forgetful that he is being hit on? I don't recall him being this incompetent in the first story? How do you continuously forget someone is hitting on you? No hate toward Yiyong. I understand he and director had an argument about the longevity of their relationship but this just feels so tone deaf even if he is mad at the director. Is it normal to argue with a lover then go eat out with someone hitting on you? I'm confusion.
Also third party guy, stfu and gtfo. You can just tell this dude has never been told no in his whole life.
Also just to add. I feel like in this story Yiyong is portrayed way more immature than his character in the prequel story. ?? Idk I can feel more of that age gap and difference in experience between them here, as opposed to the prequel where they seemed more matched and had fun??? Am I insane? Maybe i need to reread everything?? Confusionsss.
I noticed this too and I think you had the right words with immature AND childish. I think yiyoung is naive, a bit too passive and lacks dating experience & thats why he’s coming off childish. And those arent the best qualities when dating and dealing with someone older, more mature, more polished, and with more dating + life experience than you. Everybody is focusing on bashing the new guy, or not seeing Kangs realistic insecurity with dating a younger guy and not expecting yi to want to be with his old ass possibly forever which is realistic in age gap relationships. The new guy is that random distraction ingredient thrown in the webtoon pot to shake stuff up, its unnecessary and tired but i’d like to see yiyoung firmly step up and assert his self more like a grown man in his relationship kang and with this pushy new guy by setting boundaries,That alone would make a more mature yiyoung.
Oh thank god you also noticed. I thought I was going crazy because in my memories the last story ended pretty well and I thought they were cute together, but when I skimmed through this, they felt so mismatched and weird as a couple. But yeah I hope yiyong can mature and go back to how he was previously because he feels so dumbed down in this sequel
Yesssss! They feel awkward now from the beginning of these new chapters and dont have the smooth energy of 2 people dating who like each other. It’s a weird change of pace. And I dont mean that to imply that they dont like each other, just that they lack the “comfortableness” of a relaxed couple. Lol if that makes sense.
I think this whole story is bipolar, not just Dohyeon. Everyone in this god damn story is weird. This is a story about stuff happening for the sake of happening. All the characters have no actual substance. They exist to pop in and out of a conflict then regress to a default state until another conflict appears. For example that gay transfer student. Thought mf was a threat to Dohyeon? Dude just disappears after the "possessive/jealous" conflict is over with.
Can't even do a simple childhood friend to lovers cliche right smh.
He made it clear to MC that he wasn't interested in him at all, he just toyed with Dohyeon a bit because Dohyeon was an asshole and he wanted him to suffer a little and maybe finally do something about his feelings, but he tried to stay out of it as much as possible because he didn't have any feelings for MC and DH was a bit of a pain, he wasn't there to make a love triangle or be a real threat
He was a threat TO Dohyeon, is the point. TO Dohyeon. Dohyeon VIEWED him as a threat. And yet just as quickly as Dh was threatened by his presence, even before Eunho was aware of his feelings to assure him to not be jealous, gay student just disappears because he no longer served the purpose to cause any conflict. He simply appears here and there as some npc to talk to Eunho. The direction and pacing in which he disappears from Dh's line of sight, when they made a big ass deal about it with all the black aura and murder intent, was just sudden. To my point about this being BIPOLAR. Idc about gay student's actual intent or if he was interested in Eunho, it's HOW his presence was inserted in quickly with a big bang then poof he was gone. Shit just happens quickly so the mains can get together.
And before this turns into further character analysis, I'll stop you there. You're right about the gay student. But that was not my point with the original comment. I'm criticizing the sloppiness("bipolar") of the ENTIRE story in general, that was just an example I noticed after midway through gay transfer student was barely in any scenes.

Tell me why I already knew someone is getting prostituted and/or raped before I even started this.
