He does in fact he’s also a regressor for her (she died in her past life remember?) and he eventually forgot about her cuz of the “curse” including everyone around him act like she didn’t even exist, from time he noticed something in his life/heart is “empty” then remember her name one day, he cried out her name again and again *some miracle happend* then he was back to his child self, and yup they end up together but it’s gonna be a LONGGGG way since this is more political/revenge than romance, she doesn’t know he cares for her and kept rejecting him until she knew his feelings were also the same as hers

Furthermore, the law in the country doesn't allow a queen to have any relation to their family anymore after marriage, obvs Tia doesn't want that. So Perez kept on confessing to Tia, and Perez threatened the emperor that he not gonna be the next King if Tia is not the queen. He had rather be Tia's husband than a King with another Queen. So the emperor made some changes in the law.
Before that, Tia had this thought that because she already reincarnate once, she's can reincarnate more and live with Perez. However, after meeting her maternal grandmother, she said that there's no more reincarnation for her cause she's a half blood (btw, Tia mother belongs to a tribe in the south that lived in seclusion cause they have power. However their power comes with a price... Tia's grandmother have power to see the truth smtg and the price of her power is she's becoming blind.)
So Tia went running to Perez to confess her feelings too. So cute
