Wow... It's actually realistic. the SA is not romanticized, the seme who starts off as a piece of shit remains a piece of shit. Even his 'tragic' background actually confirmed he was always trash. Uke is bending over backwards to make their relationship work and the Seme can't even give him a verbal apology. I know too many people like this in IRL. Honestly I respect this a lot more than other manga that cover similar topics.
