Jinx is rape. Putting someone in a situation where they are under pressure to consent, because Dan needs the money desperately and *cannot* say no, means he cannot actually consent. You’re so close, dude. Dan’s consent was always dubious because he is poverty-stricken and can’t cover his only family’s medical bills. It was never about Jaekyung being responsible for his poverty. It was about Jaekyung using force from the start and continuing to be coercive after he found out about Dan’s financial situation. A “yes” can be retracted at any time. The fact that he was in pain after insufficient prep and asked to stop but was ignored makes it rape. This isn’t even a case of yaoi logic where a “no” is actually a “yes”.
