If mc and ml get married and ml had a brother that got with mc's brother then that would be brother in law x brother in law, that's literally pseudoincest

that doesn't make them directly related in any way, all of the other relationships you named are weird in their nature even with no blood relation, but THIS is such a mental gymnastics. why make things weird, when it's about two completely different people with different upbringing and different parents like omfg. friends dating is also weird to you? they may know each other's families even better and actually grow up together then what

Never said directly, directly would be straight up incest. Also not really mental gymnastics, in layman's terms, it would be a relationship between 2 in-laws, and if the ml and mc got married their own siblings would become in-laws unless you don't expect the mc and ml to get married?
Also I don't think you fully read my comment, I pulled the definition from Wiktionary and in laws was included in that definition so I don't see what the confusion is about
pseudoincest (uncountable)Sexual involvement between family members who are not blood relations (e.g., siblings by adoption, stepparents and stepchildren, in-laws) Itzz_A_Trap
Ohh.. learned a new term today. then ig 20% of my country is practicing pseudo incest.
Well damn... it is a controversal subjectI guess it's better than blood incest ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ Itzz_A_Trap
that's happening too. Like the daughter and son of two siblings are getting married. It's weird...glad it's on the southern side. I'm from north. My uncle and aunt's children are like my own sibling. How can they even- eugh.

I mean, you are right and wrong at the same time. Yes, relationship between in-laws would be something of a pseudoincest. And no, hyung and hypothetical brother would not be considered in-laws. The only in-law relationship after marriage is between the spouses and their partner's family. Not between family and family as a whole. But that is a general view, in different cultures it might vary

Hypothetical here based on real life. A man and a woman get engaged, after said engagement, their parents meet (mother of the bride and father of the groom) and start dating and also get engaged after like 3 days. The man and woman are absolutely disgusted with their parents, because them getting married would make them stepsiblings which they think is weird.
In this situation, do you think the act of the mother and father is pseudoincestual? Or even if it isn't do you believe it is fair to do? If you don't believe this is pseudoincestual, what's so different about this situation and what would be happening if the brothers (if ml had one) got together in this story
Ps. I know this is more of a philosophical question Im just genuingly curious of your viewpoint
