Maybe you are saying that since the artwork are similar with Vampire Knight, i personally found nothing similar with Vampire Knight

I think its either his father,brother or he is the body's reincarnation or somethin like that....but not his "real body"
I think it was his real persona before he lost his memories. kinda like he was a demon who was summoned to the human world, and somehow ended up losing his memories and transformed into a little kid.
I think rood memories and real body is sealed, seeing that big dark guy that can be the form of his memories chained.
I'm just guessing. ^•^

I'm always smiling while I'm reading this manga but unknowingly I cried in the last 2 chapters. It was so painful yet beautiful. I just finished reading the manga but the feels are still here. This manga is undoubtedly one of my favorite manga.
