Mc ultimately ends up with zero in the very end (thats why u see them kiss as zero is bleeding out, dying......sad af btw), but she did have one child with her brother before she accepts her feelings for zero in the sequel and then has her second child with zero, which explains the two girls at the end with the mcs newly awakened brother. Anyways back to the ending, after a last fight against the evil peeps, tbings are dramatically revealed and such, yada yada, BAM mcs brother and then-lover "dies" or gets frozen and put into a LONGGGGGG coma, like when humanity falls coma and again, as seen, he is woken up many years later by his daughter and half daughter. And the dialougue tht the daughters were having with one another was basically about how the mc, having fully lived her life, sacrificed her immortal life to revive and wake her brother up, so he can have a chance at being a human and basically feel and be everything that she was when she was a human. Bcuz the mc truly felt happy being a human, in the sun, and carefree so she wanted to repay her brother for giving her the chance to experience all these wonderful things by giving him the life of a human. He then has somewhat of an understanding of why he is awake with no memories of anything or anyone, and i believe his daughters hinted at that fact with "she (their mother, his sister) wanted you to live as a human" or something. Finally, he accepts and understands tht yes, there is a reason as to why tbings are as they are, but he will continue to live his life tht was given to him, he is thankful for this "chance", although he might not ubderstand why he was given this chance, he is thankful.

Yes UWU, BLOOD-SIBLINGS, so its straight up incest, i believe a little bit of the reason why they end up together for awhile is bcuz their parents and the generations before tht were ALSO siblings by blood. So their family interbreeds to keep their family pure bloods.

In the sequel vampire Knight memories the siblings are two girls. I think the mangaka changed his mind in the middle of it. Coz u can clearly see the drawings of ren getting feminine

Have you even read the manga? Kaname and Yuuki are not siblings. Kaname is the Kuran ancestor lol.

Did I ever say that it didn't make it worse? I was only correctly the op bc she was providing wrong information. And as a ancestor, Kaname was distantly related to Yuki. Unlike if he was her real brother. Plus, we don't actually know if it was Kaname who started the Kuran like. There was no mention of Kaname ever taking a wife or having kids. He was so busy with the war, and when the hooded woman died, he went to slumber right away when the war ended. It's possible that ancestor Kaname had siblings and they were the ones who started the Kuran line. Only a theory so far. So it would make Kaname a grand-uncle or something.
