I'm not sure where the confusion is but Im talking about 'shoujo to Yakuza' There's no erotica novelist in this manga. There's the yakuzas daughter who's a college student dating someone 7 years older than her, already sketchy. Then theres a flashback where she confesses with a middleschool uniform on (I read too much Manga to be able to recognize it T-T). The next panel they are asking for aproval.

If it ended on that chapter after they confessed the story would feel pretty complete. Having an I hate myself so Im running away arc seems kinda unnecessary. It makes sense for his character I just think it's not an overused trope and having them work his issues out together would be more rewarding. Idk it's an angsty story so the angsty plot will win over the emotionally responsible one 10/10 times. I just want Mr Juliette to get the emotional support he deserves.
