Uhm I’d like to place an order for at least 30 more chapters for this absolute gem of a manhwa. Been a while since I’ve read one where the plot was plotting, the characters were characting and the art was definitely arting. So good and yet so short, I will remember this fondly.

I hated this. You’re all free to dislike my comment but uke should not have forgiven that bum seme so easily. Bruh he left you to marry a woman once he figured out this wasn’t what he liked, he came back and you just what, say yes let’s just be together despite the pain he caused you all these years!? All he has to say after f*cking that woman all these years is I love you and you accept!? I love you don’t fix things. I wish the author could have explored that more and made him prove his love, maybe then I would have been satisfied and probably would have cried at the end but I just rolled my eyes at this trash seme. Nah, justice for Yuuki, you deserved someone who would always be certain about being with you. Ok rant over.

Valid but I still like this manga hehe. There’s a live action based of this manga and in that live action they went more in depth about the seme’s family and from that you get a glimpse of how he was raised and how greatly it impacted his thoughts and what he thought of as “normal”. *spoilers* but in the live action the seme’s mother is an over thinker and close minded. She always talks about basically being normal and having a “normal” family. Seme has a sister in the live action and it was shown in the live action while the seme was in the process of getting divorced with his ex-wife he came to his family home to break the news to his parents. When seme came back to his family home he coincidentally came at the time when his sister was introducing her foreign boyfriend to their parents. Seme’s mother was heavily against it because of her close minded values. how his sister should marry someone “normal” and Japanese people should only marry Japanese people. Seme’s mother compared his sister to seme talking about how she should be like seme. Seme observed the scene before his pent up feelings of the values his mother oppressed the family with. Seme defended his sister talking about how love was just love and at least his sister is straight and he lashed out his mother and brought up his divorce and how he had been feeling all this time. Seme mentioned that living up to his mother’s ideals and basically society’s version of normal made him feel pressured to keep up his marriage with someone he didn’t love and how he thought he was doing the right thing to fit in because all his life his mother had always told them to fit in. Seme brought up his objection with his mother’s “normal” and cried about how he realised that in him trying to live up to “normal” he let go of the one thing he truly loved and cared about. Seme ended up blurting everything out and basically coming out to his family and telling them he actually love his best friend, uke, the whole time and how he used to date him before breaking up with him and marrying his wife. Seme’s whole family became silent before his father was the first to speak up and showed his support. His sister and her foreign boyfriend also supported him before his mother realised that uke was the same person that always came over to their house to hang out with seme when they were both still young. I only remembered that after that seme stormed off and went to search for the uke. I just remembered the scene where seme lashed out because of how much it impacted me and basically the way I thought about things and the way our culture basically defined our expectations of normal. It had been years since I watched the live action so some of the info might not be accurate but the live action went more in depth and made me cry like a baby. Sorry for the sudden story essay drop I just thought maybe it would make more sense as to why seme acted the way he did. And I just really wanted to talk about it (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Everyone complaining about the art and I’m just glad they finished this. Been waiting years and dammit I would like some more side stories, like please, we need more. Don’t let people complaining about the art put you of, give us the side stories, please. There are some of us that will accept it even if the art style has changed TT
