A lot of people are confused in comments. As far as what I understood in the story. Kin's parents are both Omega cats which is why Kin was entrusted to a granny who raised him. (I think in their society, Omegas are rare, and male omegas are even rarer) And I'm not sure where Kin's parents are (maybe they are arrested or on the run because they are both omegas). Kin's parent(Kei) found Ise (doctor) and raise him/adopted also entrusting Kin to him. As an alpha Ise got attracted to Kei but unfortunately Kei already have someone he loves. That's why Ise can't be into Kin since he promised to protect him and he's still so much inlove with Kei. Then Kin met Kumo. That's not a barrel by the way its somewhat like a cement tube thingy (dunno what its called). For me they have sex there for the first time since it was like an emergency and for the second time is because they kind of felt safe or comfortable there(?) Like how cats and dogs have they fave place. And for the giving of the kiddos. It also breaks my heart but Kin can't complain since it was his responsibility as an omega. And no worries guys the kiddos can see Kin anytime. Its just like people tend to them when they were babies . Give them food , education but still they can see kin and kumo and tou. As shown on the last part of chapter 6. Where Tou and Kaori( the one he scratch the forehead) was able to recognize each other. And on Doc x Tou , Dog and cats age differently. And just recently, wolves fall on the same species as dogs. So that's why its like that? Like how you see Kin on chapter 1 as not more than a cute lil boy and he grow fast.
