I reread this after seeing my old rating and I STILL hate the first story.

I also called it when I said that Hachidori was after him from the very beginning. What I didn't know was that he hired him with the intention of going after him. I just thought it was strange he said he didn't like to mix business with pleasure, but broke all those rules when it comes to Wataru. The extravagant plot to get Wataru and his girlfriend to break up and then tricking Wataru into thinking his job was in danger unless he gave up his goods to a (pretend) sadist.
Again, mama said it herself. Hachi really does love Wataru... In his own twisted, untraditional way. It's just hard on Wataru who no longer wants to play along and wants full on affection (though they aren't an actual dating item).
Bringing up the ex part since many seem to be upset about it: Hachi and Amami aren't officially dating. He does, however, want to dominate Wataru completely by stringing him along. I forgot the nickname for the method when they give you something sweet before hurting you and repeating that process. I don't think he intended for the ex to show up at the bar. He may not have even suspected Wataru to be there (but I think he keeps close tabs on him). But when the ex outed everything. It was meh, oh well, I won't deny the truth. Since he and Wataru aren't actually dating, both are free to screw around. It's just that he separates a quick fuck from his actual goal. From the latest chapter, it seems like he only goes after the quick fuck to keep himself from pursuing Wataru (also, refer to Hachi telling Wataru that Hinata moves fast. That may imply that, unlike what Hinata would do, he's actually taking his time with him). The ex being a jealous bitch figured that he was aiming for Wataru and decided to be messy.
I get the feeling mama will include Hinata in her plans to get back at Hachidori. Since the two seem to have similar tastes and likely butt heads because of it (I'm basing that off of Hinata starting to say they do the same thing, Hachidori warning Wataru about Hinata, and Hinata's desire to be "close friends" with someone he knows Hachi is after). Wataru is going to screw up and be in a situation he didn't expect.
Since they're not dating and can screw around why does that sadistic dick forbid Amami from doing so..? Man, he should play fair. He screws around then so can Amami. As for me he doesn't really love him, at least not yet. Amami is something new to him, something is different but he still is just using him as a toy until he gets bored. I know it's impossible and probably next chapter Hachi out of nowhere will react with jealousy and they will finally fuck, but I'd love to see Amami move on and have a break from him.. even going for Hinata to show that dick that he can't tell him what he can and what not
Right? The double standards just aren't it. Being sadistic is one thing, but pushing buttons too far? Okay fine, he's loving him "in his own way" but honestly who needs a love like that. The uke clearly doesn't like it either.
Like instead the seme should go find someone who will abide to his needs and sadistic tendencies. The uke isn't by the seme's side because he enjoys being played with, he's with him because he loves him. But when your love is trampled on and your words aren't taken seriously? What's the point in staying in touch with the other person?
I personally think the seme needs to fall deeper, because I feel like his feelings towards the uke aren't even that deep. Rather than love, isn't it just his crying face he likes? And the desire to see him miserable..

no one said he was being fair. from the start, he was never a normal lover. I also don't think Hinata is any better, but he'll be a key player to get a rise out of Hachi. They just boasted about Hinata's antics. Also, Amami isn't gay to begin with. Hachi was his exception.
The issue with your statement is that Hachi DOESN'T want anyone to actually listen to him, which is why he broke up with his past boyfriends. He liked little rebels. It's like mama said, no one has seen him shaken up (though she is sure he does love Wataru). The problem is that everyone gives all the cards to Hachi, and that enables him to take advantage of them and break them down. Don't worry, Wataru will fuck him up some way
