Why do chapters get shorter and shorter? I hate that this issue is dragging on unnecessarily, like the last three chapters could've been submitted as one chapter
What a twist! I have mixed feelings between disgust, confusion, and intriguing.
I love how they're all not OP characters, there's wins and losses that can help build their character development
PRO:
- I love most of the characters plus the relationship between the main characters. The comedy is like a reward!
- Good explanation regarding fights, strategies, how force control works, and how it can develop; the action scenes are pretty good
- Story overall keeps me interested, but could do better in the aspect that Jiwoo can lose a few fights for character development; Why is he always saved by someone, esp by Kayden??
CON:
- Would like to see more growth from his friends; only Jiwoo seems to be getting stronger while everyone else is the same. Who is training Wooin if Dr. Klein is in the lab all day researching?? Did Soobin stop training since her grandfather's life span increased?? Hate to break it to her, but he's not that strong anymore.
- The forced love between Jiwoo and Jiyoung is so random, there is no chemistry and he's literally a high school student...
- Why is there not a strong female character as a student/disciple? They made all the female students lose.
- Way too much repetitive dialogue; esp about Kayden; there's no need for everyone to repeat the same dialogue of who he is, what he's achieved; every new character is either top 10, top 50 or top 100. It gets so confusing (guess everyone below that is at peace)
- New side stories that are introduced are quickly resolved; there's no complexity to the storyline other than Jiwoo fighting people to get stronger and earn the rights to be Kayden's disciple.
I agree with the no complexity. It starts to become like Lookism. The author is just milking from the series at this point...
I agree with most of them, the arc i like the most is the academy arc, ts is refreshing
This manga has potential to be better, wish the girl didn't act so mute all the time. I tried to like it, but if you like strong female lead, this manga is not for us.
Am I the only one who finds Saku and Subaru's relationship more interesting than the main couple? Saku is so precious, reminds me of Tsukishima Kei
