So i decided to reread it again and there were a lot of things i didn't notice or forgot about. the fact that Lucas tried to kill Anastasia when they meet for the first time by using a spell that stops her from breathing but get pet Revean or Blacki stopped him . And totally forgot the fact that Claude was a psychopath that wanted to kill Anastasia but he ended up liking her .
Now i want to know the what happen in the past between Diana and Claude .

Claude used black magic to forget her. In the novel extras you can see how clause felt about Athy. Because of the black magic he completely forgot he had a daughter as well as Diana. But because he met Athy earlier he slowly regained his memories.
