Okay. First, from the first chapter I think it's after a long time Dowan realizes Chamin sleep walk. But until, chapter 28, now he doesn't realizes Chamin has sexomania yet. So, that why he thought Chamin just need his body and Chamin also thinks Dowan can't wait for his answer. Meanwhile he was the ones that sleep walk to Dowan's room and force him to his limit. So, my conclusion, they're a mess couple. I don't know about Garam, but somehow I have this feeling he was trying to help them, I meant ofcourse after he knew he couldn't make Dowan hard. Haha.
