Siblings but not related by blood... still kinda incest. You grew up side by side as ‘siblings’. A beginning full of misunderstanding that will eventually be cleared up later. Really just here for the smut as I can tell that the story is not going to be satisfactory.

It looks promising... MC is a white lotus, Mary Sue type—not really into but doable character. Hope that it won’t be as choppy as their other works. Don’t have high hopes based on the quality that has been given and from the other manhwas, just wishing that I can at least follow what is going on in the story without being confused. :pepeok:

I read the synopsis and was a little intrigued. Within the first chapter I was already flabbergasted at what I read. The words whispered was antagonizing and tangent from what one would have expected. He called his ‘empress’—his one true love— a bitch and proceeded to rape her. And the MC not only brushed things off one issue after another as if they’re lesser matters, her mentality is like that of a teenager when dealing with the matters. From the favored concubine coming to slap her and she doing nothing but complaining that ancient people are scary—to the second one where her cheeks are pinched heavily—in which she only proceeded to ‘wrestle’ with her before being tossed to the wall.

The story is faced paced as many manhwas are—low quality and poorly laid out—there’s really nothing new about the story. There’s also one too many skips, in trying to lessen the amount of events/ dialogues/ interactions happening that the story is more like a very long (poorly done) summary instead of a story. The dog blood drama even becomes a 30 sec commercial and the whole thing is highly specious.

It’s not as bad as some of the other ones out there, but still, I would rate in the negatives and wouldn’t recommend others to read it.

There are no words to describe how stupid the MC is. After being maltreated by the ML—who clearly doesn’t give two fucks about her and her wellbeing—she doesn’t pull herself away from this situation, choosing to say, “I thought I got used to this after 3 years”. It’s unrealistic to a point where it hurts the rational mind when the author/artist tries to reason why things are the way they are.

Based on what is happening, there’s no redemption road for the ML and the MC needs to seek professional help. If I could rate this, I would go for a negative 5–for this kind of shitty theme. There should be a tag to indicate: rape, psychological, Stockholm syndrome, stupid MC, unreasonable ML, and many more tags.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT READING IT BASED ON HOW THE RAWS ARE. You’ll wish to bang your head at how stupid the MC and ML is.

It’s as bad as it can be. Forced to quickly go through the plots, duche bag father (no possibly way to redeem himself from irrational and selfish actions), events in the story makes no sense, lack of common sense in some of the actions that happen, the MC’s mentality is impossible to have for a 19 year old human, her actions aren’t befitting of a child, MC doesn’t seem as intelligent as it seems, etc.

There’s just one too many issues with the manhua. I wish that there was just more thought that was put in this instead of having a choppy ass manhua. I wouldn’t recommend reading this, even in your spare time.

I clicked on the manhua in hopes of seeing perhaps a better quality work, but as usual; quantity over quality. It’s tasteless and bland, basically going downhill and never going up.

The translators’ effort are greatly appreciated, bless their soul(s) for putting up with a crappy put together story.

A little rant because there’s just one too many of these released manhua that just makes the whole Chinese manhua have a bad repute. And it’s unfortunate because there are many that are good.

The credits are legit what my reactions were. Lolol... For some unknown reasons, just reading “pregman” killed me each and every time. Lolol... I just can’t with this new ‘term’... *sigh* trying to do an original idea but have it based on a trope that already exist but uses a strange word that is a combination of two words... pregnant+men=pregmen has me cringing and dying...
