As entertaining as the storyline is... wtf is the progression of the plot. It's like we're just getting a summary of everything and it's extremely lacking in flavor. We don't get to connect with the MC or any of the potential love interests or soon-to-be-enthralled friends of the MC--it's all expressed very poorly.
It would have been better if the time skips weren't so severe, it's almost like whoever 'okay-ed' this has a lack of passion or something... THE DEVELOPMENT SUCKS and I feel so disconnected from the story and characters... This would have been such a great story too.... (〜￣△￣)〜
Ikr the pace is too fast. I've read the novel and it's really good the romance is amazing and the characters are also really loveable. But the manga needs to slow things down. We've already skipped a few years and there's only been 2 chapters
The time skips was also in the novel. It actually titles the ages such as (Eight years old, 10 years old) and switches between characters such as J of Hearts, Queen of hearts and so on. There is a fair portion of story before they start school though that has good character development. I’m curious for the manga if they will bother putting in different points of views or it will all be third person. The story might fall apart if it’s not careful enough with that.
LOL. I thought there was actually going to be some development in the story somewhere, maybe some drama... but what the phauk? There was actually nothing to this story.
There was no conflict (yet), there was no solution to anything introduced, the main character's growth is the size of a pebble, nothing from her sister or her brother-in-law, nothing from the 'supposed' ML, and the ending was like lighting on a clear day.
I don't really understand what was the point of this story other than to introduce us to characters and some sort of starting plot... Though, tbh, I feel like I wasted like 7 minutes of my life just reading a half-assed 'completed' manga. #－.－)

I definitely started to ship Cayena and Raphael after chapter 19, but I still feel like Cayena can overcome her trauma and tear this *ssh*le a new one. Poor Cayena and her past life with his horrible less-than-a-piece-of-trash-self.
And oh mon dieu, did I die when Cayena was writing to her nanny. Like, LITTLE BABY CAYENA is so adorable and their relationship is so precious. I just hope that the flag they raise won't be an actual flag and make precious Cayena sad.
