Nah, he is going by his sister's actual personality.. in the og plot Agnes indeed loved Raymond until the end despite him hating her and being with someone else.. he is doing what he thinks his sister would want whoch is true for the og Agnes.. currently everyone thinks she is kind of mentally unstable after Raymond rejected her.. so its only fair for her brother to think if the situation between Agnes and Raymond gets resolved she would be better..

Agreed, I completely understand the brother's point of view because to him, the only thing his sister wanted her whole life was to be with Raymond. So of course he thinks this is what she would like and is trying to support his sister and his best friend together.

HOWEVER, Raymond, this fool on the other hand, merely only misses her affection and attention on him once he's lost it. Truly a case of repeating the cycle like his father. What's worse is I don't think he even loves MC but moreso is infatuated with the loyalty and (sometimes) comfort she showered him in.

Don't get me wrong, he was didn't deserve being harassed or sometimes being stalked by her and one is not obligated to return someone's feelings just because they like you. He also suffered because of MC, especially when he said he hated the idea of marriage to her to death. It was unfair to him. He was trapped by her emotionally and that can take a toll on someone.

But the audacity to tell someone that you essentially don't like them just to be upset that they don't like you anymore and has moved on is what pisses me off. That is so hypocritical, and he is not entitled to her affection like he seems to believe he deserves. She said she will leave you alone (as you previously ASKED) and now that you got what you want you mope about it??

She is moving on, you should be moving on, and get some therapy y'all.

I understand and I'm not saying either Raymond or Damian are right.. Damian is thinking if what his sister wanted all her life could be realized, he should push for it.. while Raymond is a whole another story..
We have to keep in mind OG Agnes and Raymond trauma bonded as very young children.. they both lost maternal figures and had no one teaching them how to express their emotions or build healthy relationships.. Agnes kept pulling Raymond away from things he wanted to do bc she wanted him around her at anytime which built resentment on his side but before that Agnes and Raymond were very close.. even closer than Agnes was with her own brother.. as soon as she stopped being excessive and started being indifferent, he wanted to bring it back to status quo.. its a toxic relationship they share.. but OG Agnes just doesn't exist anymore so on Agnes' side the bond is gone but Raymond still is in it.. OG Agnes and Raymond are just pitiful children from my pov.. and know that all the female characters around Raymond are after his status.. I just hoped he finds someone who'll teach him to build healthy relationships but now that I have completed the novel.. he was pitiful until the end..

Not yet. Karno has feelings for her and has acknowledged it, but I think he's waiting until she's of age. Asya is just figuring out her romantic feelings towards him
