Looks like there are at least two separate ghosts. One that takes on the form of the manager and who also possess him at times. This ghost seems to have liked Na JuMin at first then it shifted to KiYoon. And is the one fucking him. Ki Yoon can see ghosts but has been pretending the whole time that they represent real people.
The other ghost took on the form of Na JuMin but obv can shift to any form.
