If Ayden was more interesting, I’d be for him. But, he showed up at the last moment, went ‘I’m a nice guy, let’s fuck’ and then it ended. His ‘relationship’ with Daichi was pretty weak.

You could literally replace Aydan with anyone, even a stranger and it’d be the same impact. That’s the problem I had. I think the author kinda wanted to get the ending over with and drew from a hat who Daichi would end up with lol.
The author dealt with health problems and had to cut the series short. She had to have help drawing the last few chapters from an assistant. She initally wanted to draw more scenes of them together in the share house. Ayden has been in the mix since the og series Osu Time.
That’s too bad, more scenes with Ayden would’ve made their relationship feel more established than thrown in at the last minute. And Ayden needed it cause the dude was as boring as tar, and I would’ve liked Daichi staying single then the author kinda just giving him any random love interest.
