As someone who's been watching DissociaDID for two years now this came out of nowhere. First mostly well-told DID story I've come across. But it's really the only DID story I've come across.
Yeahhh most stories that represent DID are usually movies since it is easier to portray than just drawing it. DID is also much more complex than other disorders so not a lot of people can portray it accurately. I wish there are more mangas regarding DID though..
Same here. And the other stories with DID always seem to paint it in a bad light, for example it seems they always feel the need to make one of the alters extremely violent.
I just recommended DissociaDID channel to someone in the comment above o/ Glad to know I'm not the only one who enjoys the channel and it's reading this (even tho I hate that the so-called professional brother called it "multiple personality")
lol ikr but then again its the only term people actually know regardless of how inaccurate it is.
Like split and glass. But pop culture over exaggerates everything on purpose to incite more views and buys but it gets annoying when people take it as factual or actually believe that what movies portray are real and or accurate.
I wish there were more media in general that have this in them like books and movies with accurate portrayals and not the fantastical kind.
there is a good portrayal in Doom Patrol, a character that calls herself "Crazy Jane" has DID and the show actually did a pretty good job (even tho it is one of the most crazy shows I ever watched)

Lol. Her entire thought process is crazy. Why make a seme out to be a bad guy in the middle of a story just so you can ship the uke with the villain who later turns out to be a good guy. I’m tired of this entire story already and I hope she ends it soon so I can stop seeing updates about it.
I hope they actually change it, because if he ever gets back together with Khaol I'll stop reading immediately!

The author said it herself that the webtoon will end with River x Heil. The story started out nice but it became more and more weird for me cos it seems like the author is just toying with my emotions. That’s why I dropped it but I hope you can enjoy it to the end.
That's good to know, but it makes me wonder how long it will take. At this rate we will probably have 200 chapters and they are still not together... I guess I'll keep reading for now and if it takes too long and I get bored I'll drop it. Thank you!
Lol! I already dropped it myself. I was tricked into shipping Khaol with River, only to have him treat River like trash and now the author is shipping him with Heil. My heart cannot tolerate stories with the author shifting gears anyhow.
I understand, I guess I'll be giving the author another opportunity to fix it. But as I said if it takes too long, bye.
