There are Chinese manhwa out there with better more accurate depiction of their own people in a way that would be perceived as beautiful without bringing in the Western influence though. So it isnt impossible to do. The author is being offensive to other cultures/races and to their own as well. I think it is only fair for people to criticize. But like Yeah there are more constructive ways to do so than to just curse the author, but it still needs to be discussed regardless. It isnt nitpicking when it is blatantly obvious how offensive it is.

I had my doubts about this manga but the more I read the deeper into it I got lolllll Its such a twisted story. I cant stand 100% by their so called love, but at the same time I can understand how it might be possible.
I think its more like codependency but at the same time theyre both crazy and compliment each other’s craziness so well at this point. They need each other. Cannot live without each other. Maybe it’s not love, but something deeper. More profound. Regardless it was such a good read!!
Their love was somehow romanticized and toxic, but they're both crazy anyway, in a way it's enthralling to read and kind of envying. I agree with the comment above me.
