Idk why I’m getting so frustrated, it’s like every time we see tenka improves and get better the next chapter their like jk you haven’t at all

No because you're so right
I like seeing characters grow from losses, but this weird cycle of Tenka always being the worst in the room feeling and then her working her ass off just for some basic minimum is kind of off-putting now. Like she is supposed to be charismatic, she's dawn gorgeous, she has insane acting skills too (if she puts her mind to it that is, since we clearly saw her Ad), and the amount of time and effort she's put into singing and dancing should defined make her Damm good at those too.
I dont know why at the beginning of each new arc, they suddenly make her lose all her skills

Obviously I get that she's a rookie and that since she's an all rounder it will be harder for her, its very hard for her skills to disappear right? If for reference, her acting is good, then her acting should be good compared to most others no matter her environment. Otherwise her acting is not good. And that's that.
They cannot tell the audience that she has this quality and that quality and market it as something kinda fancy and eye catching, but then tell us it was a pebble of the road all along.

When it comes to performing. The aura and pressure from being in a real stage is very nerve-racking and nerves WILL make you fall back on old habits to get through a performance. Practicing in a controlled environment will never truly prepare you for the real thing. But getting on stage as many times as you can will. And Tenka is learning that lesson in this new arc because again she's never been in a real professional stage.

Nothing wrong with romance but this was forced and rushed, lol his concerns did not sound like “jealousy”. I think it would work better if they had time apart and she grows more as a person, I think they need to flesh her out more like it felt like she has nothing going on in her life besides following the MC, that’s why she feels more like a little sister than an equal

Idk why, chapter 25 is really getting towards me, I don’t hate Annette, she’s not a bad person, but I don’t give a shit about her struggles. I’m hoping at some point in future chapters that her real family ask about her and her childhood, like actually gets to know there daughter. Like her dad just met her and doesn’t even ask for her name.

I read ahead a bit in the raws posted by someone. Anna is currently with the less sh*tty parents. Of course, Mama Bella is a hardworking powerhouse and is the best by far. Her husband is number 2, if we don't count Anna's prior brother before everyone found out about the switch. Except for Bella, the bar is in hell.
I feel like they could have definitely added the other members of the group in this
