What you're seeing in the comments are 1) either the person knows Korean language themself and has read the novel so that's why they are sharing the summaries of the novel. 2) the person has a friend who knows korean language and read it and shared the summary of the full novel with them which they are sharing here with us in the comments.
In short, the novel is ONLY available in korean language, sadly. ㅠㅠ
Lets pray together that one day some kind soul picks it and translates it in English

More than summaries shared with us it’s people making spoilers in the comments to go against others in the comment without warning about their spoilers and honestly it pissess me off a lot so I was hoping to read the novel myself

I think I’m going to support the author as soon as I can but honestly guys on this site there are almost all the web toons that have official eng translations on lezhin so why not this one ?! if some one else will keep this one up like it happens with love is an illusion, killing stalking, bjalex etc also walk on water will still be here
The thing on Tappytoon is that when you read, there's your email on each page. So screen shot doesn't only mean issues for the site, but for you as well if it gets reported since they'd immediatly know who shared. At least, I think that's why and also because it's cheaper so most of people can support the author anyway.
What I'll miss the most now is that there won't be any comment session to talk about it anymore and share our fangirling in live.

I’m sorry to say it and I appreciate the effort but the translation is totally off, it was hard to read and the speeches have no sense . Love or hate is a deep story , dialogues are important to fully get the meaning of what happens and I had to stop reading this chapter bc the translation makes it hard to understand . Maybe better to wait for the official eng translation ....
