Actually in the original one, eunho always address dohyun with his full name like almost every time. And idk why the eng translation change it to "dude" because the original one it's even funnier, i think dohyun always call him in a more friendlier tone while eunho always goes like, "cha dohyun???!! YOU!!!" which is funny cause callin someone with a full name can be interpreted as maybe you aren't that close to begin with or you just straight up wanna annoy your bestfriend hahaha

Damnn srsly?? Then translators have taken some serious liberty into making eunho a straight gay dude

Eunho didn't actually said "dude" he just said "차도현" which basically "cha do hyeon/hyun" that's why I'm kinda confused.

Or like this one https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/summer_season/uu/br_chapter-181376/pg-20/ the literal translation is, "cha do hyun, do you want some ice cream?" See how it feels different with, "dude, want some popsicles?" I mean yes, eunho does use casual way of speech but more in a friendly tone with dohyun or someone that he think he's close too.
