Wait hold up I was rereading this when at the end of chapter 12 I realized Uncle has animal ears too??
I know most people read this because it's freaky and all
But now I'm very intrigued about what the lore
It's not really explained what makes people turn into animals, so how did he get "turned"??

But from the lore, its looks like the initial people that got infected went to the hospital frequently, for K he worked there and milton and hus kid were there bc the kid had cancer . K szid the hospital closed suspiciously then he started having symptoms. I feel like they all have a link to this hospital

I'm really puzzled by his dad
What does he mean with "I wish you had waited"?
Didn't she wait for years?
Or maybe she was supposed to wait for him somewhere else?
I know the story is really rage baiting us to assume the worst of him, but wtf is up with this dude?
AND he literally doesn't know how to take care of himself, at an old age, is he filthy rich or something??
This is not even weaponized incompetence, he's just incompetent

Yeah... I haven't read the novel, but even I can tell this is kind of a mess
The time skip didn't feel impactful, since it didn't show any character progression at all
As a result their big "reunion" seemed like just a regular day
I can tell they have cut off important parts from the og work, because the story feels so flat right now
I'm not moved at all by them getting back together lol
Shame, seemed like an interesting story

So the ex said some wild stuff to him when they were young
It's incredibly malicious to compare him with his (apparently) talented sisters and right after say she doesn't have any expectations for him
What does that even mean??
In a really convoluted way, it seems she's saying she prefers him insecure and sad
That's a HUGE red flag, like cut all ties and don't look back is the only good solution, because it's the kind of mindfuckery that will turn your mental health upside down

I know mr secretary had all the reasons to quit
... But leaving someone and cutting off all contact, ESPECIALLY when they haven't really talked directly about anything, is a huge sign of immaturity
I hope it's revealed later on that something happened to make him unreachable, because he seemed like a somewhat level headed character

i agree but think abt it this way…secretary guy was madly in love with french dude. like most of his life. seeing french guy fawn over MC and try to win him over probably devastated him. when the opportunity came for him to just leave and never look back, he took it. he probably knew that if french dude reached out and said the right words he’d be back to this one sided love. he probably blocked him so that he can move on. was it immature yes, but secretary guy probably has a habit of living in his head, answering his own questions, and having his own conclusions and endings. just a thought.

I don't care if they're half siblings, or even if he's not even blood related to her
His obsession with Ruby is disgusting, his actions say everything I need to know I will hate reading the next chapters, because I will feel gross learning how he started having twisted thoughts towards her
I can't believe we'll have cesare's backstory instead of seeing a big ass dragon being a cutie potato with Ruby
╥﹏╥
Victor is so afraid of having his heart broken, but at this point I hope he realizes he's the one breaking Heart
Poor dude is rigged to love Victor unconditionally, it's so frustrating how accepting he is of the bullshit thrown at him
Based off everything that has been showed I don't think the guy ever loved Victor . The heart affection idk it was has to be something else become the ex is HORRIBLE, Head and dick are also him and thru act more like him based on the past memories shown compared to hear rt. The cheating, sleeping around, multiple partners, coldness etc. Victor is like those mentally abusive victims who refuse to see no wrong because of "love" and "he wouldn't leave me "
