I can't find it sadly, all i know was that the genre was romance, showbiz and reinarnation...just that the plot goes to shit near the end. I remember reading it chrysanthenum garden tho or dummytranslations

Yeah it's that one. I guess i scrubbed the whole story from my brain cus i couldn't recognize the summary. All i remember was the novelupdates reviews trashing it lol. It's seared into my memory.

The huge different both story is that, as ... said, the who's spying story is far superior. The latter, i only read the novel but wow. Mc and ML had a pretty cute relationship but like, the story derailed and went to shit as soon as they touched topics outside of china.


Another diff is the former has supernatural and fantasy(and is heavily themed around that) while the latter, the only fantasy is the reincarnation

Yea your comment is really on point. It started off as pseudo revenge from the ‘empress’ against the current family. Veered off to showbiz. To business. And that’s when I started skim reading. Also yea reincarnation with memories is the only supernatural element and for some reason it’s a lot of people that reincarnated with memories. I wanted to know why that’s why I kept reading for so long but I honestly should have check NU comments. It’s a waste of time tbh. It’s really just fluff mostly. No drama or actual plot.
