I think he's also one of the guys when he was doing a job (I couldn't explain it properly) Sanyu knows MC's boyfriend (now ex- boyfriend) MC's ex boyfriend also does body selling although he sleeps with a woman, but Shihyeon sleeps with guys even old man. There's a point that Shihyeon can't do it anymore but his ex Jaeha manipulate him until he was driven into a corner. That was when the accident happened.
Out of all of their members, only Sanyu knows most of Shihyeon's trauma. That's why when Jaeha's approaching Shihyeon, Sanyu is there guarding him the same as when it's Isu.
Additional note. Jaeha holds a sex tape of Shihyeon (not sure if he uses that sex tape to blackmail him)
