In the last few chapters. This time when YD turned back time it was different, thus Garan recognizing Dojin as someone who had already been emporer. When YD turned back time this time around for some reason it affected other things, including BTs empress Heejoo, it rewound her time back to when she and BT first met but instead of her being there fuckface mc rapist was there. For reference the start if the story is when time was rewound, as Dojin has lived and died many lifetimes so far
