I've always gotten ridiculously expensive aluminum-body phone cases because I wreck everything I touch. They're dumb expensive, but I'd rather pay $100 to protect than $500+ to replace. Plus, that one time my phone got run over by a car the case saved the memory card so I lost nothing.
