Two: It hasn’t helped that the author was older and then died in recent years. We should be glad they made arrangements for it to continue and we’ll hopefully get an ending in the next one to two decades

The author DIED??? How can it even continue after that? I was just taken aback when I saw the year the first chapter was released because that’s new to me since I’ve never read anything that lasted this long but it’s not like I’m mad about it
He died in May of 2021. I think it was some kind of heart issue. However, he has basically a close friend he talked to about for his plans and the ending of the manga as well as concept designs and such he left behind. Obviously there was a pause in releases when he died, but I think after some time and his family talking with the friend they agreed to let the friend continue the manga as the original author planned. Below is about the announcement I gabbed from wiki
“On June 7, 2022, Hakusensha and Kouji Mori announced that Berserk would continue publication, using plans and thoughts that were relayed to Mori by Miura himself, as well as memorandums and character designs that Miura left behind.[40] As the only person who knows the ending Miura intended, Mori agreed to continue the series and promised "I will only write the episodes that Miura talked to me about. I will not flesh it out. I will not write episodes that I don't remember clearly. I will only write the lines and stories that Miura described to me."
Don’t get me wrong Gojo is my one and only fictional crush but he lowkey helped the villains out a lot if he’d brought getos body back, kenjaku wouldn’t have gotten it and he wouldn’t have been sealed. If he hadn’t taken in megumi in sukuna wouldn’t have had a proper vessel and ofc, if he’d listened to the elders regarding killing yuji… bruh could’ve prevented millions of deaths

Killing Yuji would've only delayed the inevitable. It was discussed in the manga that the balance was ruined and Sukuna was going to come back sooner or later.

i think it’s cause she initially did not mind marrying him since she genuinely liked him. it became convoluted with his brother getting involved and the threats on her country. it’s not like married life was better for her since she was ill and in her room constantly.
