I think no one's gonna end up with who. There's no end game in this story and I felt like this will end in a somewhat open-ended end. Maybe a time skip where Haesoo is publishing his story becoming successful... everyone of them going separate ways and they've all learned their mistakes. For me that's the best ending I want.
And I have a theory that the story Haesoo will write is about them (their oh so complicated love triangle)
