3) Souma loses and becomes an underling, learns more about Tsukasa's cooking, and then defeats Central from the inside out. (Unlikely.)
Or who knows really. But I know Souma will not win anytime soon.
This is about my 10th time rereading this, and this has never failed to make me shed a couple tears. It's strange, but it's that powerful to me. I just can't hold it in when Kyou begs to keep his memory. I just shed even more tears when Ito holds the gun inches from Kyou's forehead, and Kyou says, "I'll go first and meet you there." Makes me sob.

It's getting a little weird. I don't particularly enjoy anyone specifically, but I can't help but keep on reading because it's interesting.
Ha-jin is a murderer, though I like him most. That redheaded co-worker is crazy. His wife seems so dumb, and I don't like cheating. That delivery boy is also crazy. Everyone's crazy.
But somehow, it's still fun even when I don't like the characters that much. xd

Oh, from what I can tell, Ito had already remembered, and he just left Kyosuke in a rehab center to let him try and rebuild his life on his own. But due to the meth overdose, Kyosuke lost his memories. That's why he couldn't recognize Ito when Ito often goes to where Kyosuke works. But Ito still remembers, which is why he's saying he didn't know how ti approach Kyosuke.
Ugh I cried ever y time I read this. Too beautiful and bittersweet.
Just yesterday I decided to read the prequel. And now holy shit. My Naedoko has changed so much from that cynical, slightly immature, trying so hard to be invulnerable girl to a girl who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to show how she'd become different. That it's okay for her to date Tsubaki holy moly.
I shrieked at that kiss. I shrieked at her blushing. Holy shmokes even when the expected romance comes, it's still unique and relatably comedic and oh my Lord.
Tsubaki you worked so hard, and finally your time has come! Your dreams have come true and holy I'm so happy but also sad because the series is ending. Egads.
Sorry I just word-vomited but I am so super duper holy shmokity flappity happy. My heart knows no other happiness now.
