They're flying already before, young Grisha and sister following a Blimp. Years after that, a plane would've been invented already. I think planes already existed by the time Shiganshina was destroyed. Actually, I don't understand why they did not do that before, conquering Paradis Island would've been easy. Well, we wouldn't have a story, would we?

Yes, and why didn't Zeke and his fellow warriors bring automatic machine guns? It doesn't make sense...

Shoot, right. If the titan walking on fours is able to bring stuff, why couldn't it bring guns? Don't tell me guns were only invented in those 4 years. I don't believe that only the Middle East Union had such weapons, because how did the Marleys win over the Eldians/titans in the last war before the Fritz fled? Plot holes, but the story is still good.

Maybe because they want to get the Founding Titan's power (Frieda's) but none of Marley's knew about what it is and where they should find it? They (still) believe nothing beats the power of titans. Pushing the Eldians inside the wall to chaos would probably reveal where the Founding Titan was.

But now they do know though, that's why they want to capture Eren.

I guess you're right. But then, I thought of something. Isn't when you eat the previous Special Titan owner, their memories get passed down? How come the other Titans did not know about it, and only Eren Kruger did? I guess they know all about it but it is more about finding where the Fritzs are. Grisha took 10 years to do so or he knew about it, decided to live peacefully and leave the Fritz alone until the attack happened and forced himself to do what he should have done years ago.
But during the Retaking of Wall Maria, they could've brought arms and and planes for easier escape or easier to just grab Eren but then that would've been too easy.

Maybe not everyone knew about the Founding Titan. Afterall, the other eight titans were under this Founding Titan, and they were busy fighting the Marleys before they could learn anything about their leader. I think the memories can only be passed down if you eat them? Maybe some titans died before anyone could eat them. It is mentioned in the manga that in that case, a random Eldian will born with the titan power. Hence, no memories were passed down (but this is just a maybe, I'm not sure).

Eren can shift into a titan on the plane. Making him unconscious (so he wouldn't shift once taken onto the plane) was only possible after killing all the Scouts.
They also still strongly believed that titan-shifters can only be beaten by titan-shifters, that its power stood above all. Even four years after the Retaking of Wall Maria (chapter 91-92), they were surprised that technologies (developed by Mid-East Allies) could hurt Armored Titan. (Yet they continue to believe that titans were more powerful! Dayum people...)

Hmm...I think the 8 titans knew about the Founding Titan. It is just either they are not able to access memories like Eren did at first until events triggered him to do so or yeah, no memories were passed down, thus that particular Titan has its memories reset. So they had to find who the Fritz are and find them. Their knowledge about the F.Titan is only based on history. That got me thinking, do they even know that there are two types of Titan inside of Eren? Or since Eren emerged at Trost, they only assumed that he's the Founding Titan, without knowing that there is an Attack Titan inside the wall (Grisha) and now, combined in Eren. And so what? LOL I don't even know where I'm going with this reply, anymore.

But I'm confused about the "coordinate", there is this path that connects all titans? I probably read that wrong, which I think could be one of the keys to unlock the Founding Titan's power and correct history on the origin of the Titans and the war. That idea just popped in.

Yeah, that weaponry. How are Titans going to win against that? Uhm, right, the Founding Titan can command to make Wall Titans, so it may also control how Titans shift. It can command Titans to shift similar to the Armored Titan. MAYBE? Big guess. But then the weapons can still defeat the Armored Titan. For now, I'd say Titans is going to be a dying breed.
