I think maybe its a alternate story? I mean the names are same but the hair is diff. In the first one, he never saw her for fifteen years till he became a working adult. In the second story, he seem to have taken her home while he was still a teenager.

You can tell this author draws real people into anime. These literally looked like real actors being drawn in a anime style! It was interesting.
