Where we are right now is a “flashback”. I say flashback because it’s telling what happens after shuli’s death not when she reincarnated. It was transitioned from the telling of the fiancé of the eldest son. Like it started with her telling how she didn’t like how the eldest son was attached to shuli it gave her a sense of insecurity like her mom. I’m not a hundred percent sure the flashback started there but it seemed like it.

So basically first time SPOILER (if u havent read recently)



1st time line:
She gets killed by the “church” which is corrupt, basically acting sketchy behind the scenes so things go their way and uses their religion as a excuse for women not to have power (even if her power in temporary, and also implied why the queen is dead because she used her power). She lived a sad distant life from the children, being of a young age, a step mother and widow ,never properly taught anything and thrown in to a high power position causes her to be pushed around. (Its revealed that the children wanted to make up with her but she died before so)

2nd time line: (CURRENT)
Now aware of her mistakes in the past (mentally mature aswell) now knows to how to handle grief, the house hold and the children. Is ready to correct her mistakes in the past and make sure she survives this time, (also altered everyones fate, like the crown prince is “in love with her” her children are now close to her calling her mother). But the “church” is still out to get her for their personal gain.

Church and Nobles get into a whole fight for power and if course the nobles won huge spoiler is Nora is the ML and they get married and Jeremy actually had a crush on Shuli. Red haired kid and Jeremys fiancé on the first timeline actually end up together. And the girl twin Rachel marries the prince from a neighborhing kingdom the Cardinal like the depressing looking priest actually fell inlove with Shuli when she married Jeremys father and he basically had the whole “if i cant have her nobody can” mindset so thats why he let her die but yeah anyways Nora and Shuli have kids at the end
