
Like you can still see he's a fucking wardrobe, big bones, big body even with the fat loss
I expected him to have defined muscles under the fat bcs he still showed a lot of strength, but yea its still kinda silly to see 6 full packs instead of a more ""chubby"" looking (but clearly jacked just less extreme) dad bod after just 4 months of intense workout.
but yeah at least he still got big hands, big thighs and overall a big physique and doesn't look like some skinny underweight kpop idol
Anyway nobody asked for advices but:
- walk (not run) 20k/day consistently (if you don't have much time just be active in a way you still move your full body)
- stop your food addiction/eat what you really need, you don't have to avoid everything just be more mindful of how much and when you eat, don't eat till ur full -> your stomach will actually change based on how much you eat
- drink min 2 Liter of water/day. the more you drink the better. minerals and vitamins are good (if the water taste bad or it's too boring, add some diy flavoring)
- avoid alcohol, coffee, energy drinks and sugary drinks, if you want to drink them just be mindful or swap sugar for sweeteners or what your body can tolerate.
- shit at least 1 time/day -> eat fibers, drink a lot of water (again)
- sleep the night, or at least keep the same waking hour.
The best way to lose weight is to actually change your whole lifestyle and become healthier, you don't have to buy expensive stuff with "healthy, diet, light, vegetarian etc" labels on it, just check the stuff you buy and if possible swap the ones who have healthier (but affordable) alternatives. Eat healthy food that you actually enjoy eating, search alternatives for stuff you dislike, eating should be enjoyable not some self imposed torture.
I recommend the gym for gym equipments and bcs it's dangerous to stay in unfavorable temperatures (hot, cold) but just going there and doing whatever exercise blindly won't make you lose fat.
And again it's a slow process, if you aren't in danger what's the point in trying to lose weight the fastest possible?
It's usually more easy to lose fat when you are bigger than when you are in a relatively normal size
Medicines and diseases can and will make some things difficult but there you can do your own researches or ask a doctor (if affordable)
