The fact that you took offense to such straightforward answer shows that I am right to assume that you would be ready to argue over something so trivial, which I am not, in any way, interested. Also, I did not "went off on you." If I were, I would be calling you a retard, but that would mean stooping to your level. So I'm not calling you a retard. But that is not how I took it. Notice the I in that sentence. Regarding my response, I constructed my answer using three ideas - the first is the hypothesis I made regarding that person's question. Personally, I think that person does not agree with my idea. If I am wrong, then I stand corrected. The second idea shows that while I think the person does not agree with my opinion, I am not interested in further exploring mine. It is simply not worth my time. I wanted to stop the discussion before it gets exhaustively long. The last idea then shows that it is okay for that person to have a different opinion. It's their god-given right. How I was perceived to be rude is beyond my comprehension, at this point.
I honestly do not want to respond to you because you seem to be the kind of person that gets confused a lot...but I shall try, nonetheless.
