That would be great, I just doubt it... wouldn't people have noticed if Yehwa had been pregnant at any point? Wouldn't she know that she had a child she lost at some point? I mean yeah the brainwashing is a thing, but we know that the Emperor's (our Empress here) power is that everyone loves them, and it's only recently that we've seen signs of that power fading (MC's dad having hostile thoughts towards the Empress). Taking her child away would be similar enough to harm her that I doubt it would've happened.
Tbh the man looks so similar to Yehwa I'd assume he's biologically related to her more than anyone else.
However, these are just my doubts, I'll wait until someone can confirm or deny spoilers or until we learn it in the manhwa ╮(￣▽￣)╭
