Yes, Dohu wronged him at first when he approached him with not fully pure intentions, but didn't Juheon do the same in the beginning if I remembered correctly? If he(Juheon) was able to love (Dohu) dearly even though that wasn't his intention, why didn't he think that Dohu was the same as him? I'm not saying Dohu isn't in the wrong here, I'm saying that Juheon thinks that he loved more and thus, he is the loser. I feel like he really doesn't realize/understand what Dohu meant when he said that he's emotionally slow. This frustrate me a lot I want to slap some sense into him =/

The whole manhwa feels like a poem written by someone who is constantly yearning for another. I can never describe how much I'm in love with this story!

I love this so much. This type of deep emotional stories is what got me first into reading whatever. It's been too long since I've read a BL manhwa where sex is not the main element of the plot. Sheer yearning, pure love, and absolute fear of losing your love. Additionally, the story itself is PEAK! I mean, did you see their relationship with the grandpa???? It breaks my heart every time I think about how they didn't let the MC see him for the last time. It is so depressing... And his mum, oh my lord the way shey kind of said goodbye to him is so beautifully heartbreaking. Then afterwards comes him calling the ML, his love, to look for emotional support but then... he doesn't remember him. And the ML, they told him after his accident (to which because of it he didn't get to say goodbye to his old man) that the love of his life has died?!?!?!?! How much does it take for someone to be this evil?? Him willingly getting into the second accident drove me INSANE. I ended up summarizing this, but it only shows how amazing this is. Doesn't it?

I've read in the comments someone said this was a recommendation based on their liking of Checkmate, and lord this is epic. They're both a masterpiece!!!

I've been reading this story from its beginning, funny that it was recommended to me by a friend who's no longer reading it. But thanks to her, I got to know this masterpiece! Both main characters are so realistic to the point I got so attached to them it's hard to detach now. Hyunseo's character is so complicated yet simple. He's so traumatized, has low self-esteem, hot tampered, and an overthinker, yet, what he only needs is genuine love and care, someone he can show his vulnerable side to and never be judged. And this is exactly Yeongchan! Oh my heart Yeongchan... I adore him! He also has been traumatized, and has lttle confidence regarding the aura he gives off to people and yet, he acts all shiny and glittery when he has all these worries built up inside. And here is where this story is so realistic, both have suffered from certain truamas growing up, but both have different ways coping with that. They are so soft hearted and sweet, and nothing was able to uncover that sweetness but their true love to each other. And oh my lord when Hyunseo said "I want to be his family." I'm telling you, I CRIED! What is this if not pure, genuine, true love? They rely and care for each other the same. At the same time, they are helping one another strive and become a better person by talking feelings and supporting. I've wrote this long ass review for none but to remind myself why I'm obsessed with this story.

Yo guys can anyone tell me who is the ml?

I'm unhealthly addicted to this manhwa, it feels like I've re-read it hundreds of times within a year!
I don't actually know for instance if the characters, plot, sadness, and obsession are what is holding me here. But I know for sure, this is a story you're going to look for its lookalike for so long! The characters development is insane! From wanting to destroy him and bring him down, to understanding that what he really was feeling was in fact, love. From being that obsessive, pitiful, immature guy, to giving his all to protect and live happily with his so long unrequited love. As for the ml, he went through a lot my chest felt heavy whenever I think about what he and the other pupils had to go through. The way all kind of traumas was portraits is great! Even though they could easily break out of that hell, they just couldn't so they only endured. It is an overwhelming story that you should never read lightly, search for the trigger warnings. With that being said, I really am obsessed with story and I wish to find a similar one with the exact same amount of the psychological element to it.
