Kishimoto came back, like, yesterday, and Sasuke is already suffering.
Aw, shit, here we go again.

Right people over here bitching forgetting that Kishimoto is the one that took over these new chapter that came out . They keep on forgetting that he said he wanted to be the one ending Sasuke. This was Kishimoto Planned anyways by killing off the most favorite characters that everyone loves . HAAAHAAAHA Let the pain begains I always be rooting for Boruto to be the villain . His Story line is so much like Sasuke's . That's why i keep telling everyone don't judge Kawaki yet . Because remember they already shut down the rumor of Kawaki benign the villain . But people keep bring that up .

I think a lot of people don't know Kishimoto is back (I literally found out two weeks ago lmao), so anything that happens now is something he wants, not someone else. I can't say I'll be happy to see the original cast dying, so I separate Naruto and Boruto in my head. For me, Naruto ended in chapter 699 and chapter 700 onwards is a story on its own. That said, I love the new cast (Boruto himself is my favorite character in the Naturoverse) and I'm excited to see what's coming. I can totally see Boruto taking the villain route (not by choice, but influenced by Momoshiki's presence) and it would be an interesting take on the story. The narrative kind of already hints Boruto's lack of identity (living in the shadow of his father, grandfather, the whole Hyuuga clan, his mentor, etc), and, if Momoshiki does take over, it'll be poetic, almost. From an outsider's perspective, Kawaki looks a lot like Sasuke and Boruto looks like Naruto, so inverting the roles would be pretty refreshing. I'm not always happy with Kishimoto's writing (I find Kodachi's way more consistent), but I hope he delivers a good story (like I know he's capable of when he wants to).
Kazakami and Kanechika would actually be such a banger side pairing. Theater kid and repressed nerd. I can See It.
i thought i was the only one that was sensing something between them
