Dunno why so many negative comments about this artwork. It sure does not tackle the big issue of being step brothers. But hey, it's a great art, and the story is adorable and chill. It's purpose is to be light, not some heavy drama. Niina is so cute and adorable while Taki is just so in love with Niina. Niina just don't know how to handle his first and is embarassed. The conflict in the last chapter just tested how they really love each other. I love them.

I love them too! Plus, is being stepbrothers (in this case) really that big of a problem? They look almost fully grown (unless yaoi magic is decieiving me), so perhaps they’re too old to really see each other as stepbrothers after this recent marriage. I mean, Taki liked Nina before the marriage, and it’s not like they grew up together. I think the main unaddressed issue then is what the parents will think and if these two are comfortable revealing their relationship to them.
Don't get why others don't like it. It sure started rough though. I really like the plot. Although the seme blackmailed the uke at the start out of spite from his experience, he did not went as far as manipulating the uke to love him. He tested the resolve of the uke, in the end he fell in love with the uke who purely loved another man and he's ready to let go if someday the brothers would end up together. On the other hand, the uke did not want to ruin his family and the future of his beloved brother, and thought of himself as an awful existence. When he's on his worst, he found a heartfelt acceptance from Kasuza and for him it was the kindest thing he had ever received from someone (That's why when Yukinari's brother said he loves him and wanted to make love with him, he remembered that time with Kasuza, and Yukinari don't want to betray the kindest words he had ever received and thus made his absolute resolve.). The same with Kasuza who also thought bad of himself, after Yukinari learned his past he was also accepted wholeheartedly and that squeezed my heart by the way ughh. They found acceptance in each other and that's how their love was born. Love can take any form, whether it started in a wrong way, it's up to that person involved if he'll despise and reject it or know the other person and accept it.
All in all, it was a very good read and I appreciate the mangaka and the scanlators/translators for their work. Thank you for this piece. (=・ω・=)
Agreed
They didn't know this can happen in real life. I mean ya can always forgive people if they really are sorry, and in the ML's case. He is.
i don't like it bc it felt like it was 'edgy' just for the sake of it. i didn't mind the initial development of their relationship, hell i've read worse than that. but it's as what YAOIWAT said in the topics above -- too many things crammed all at once that it felt cheap, especially the backstory and the gangrape.
it's not surprising to see why many wouldn't like the story ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I think this would have been good as a 12+ chapter manga. The art is good. If things had just slowed down a bit, taken time to develop, maybe this would have been better. What I don’t like is reading a messy, crammed, and barely executed story. This story was not written well.
I'm not one to notice such technicalities in writing, but I do respect your opinion about it. It's also good for the mangaka and the scanlating team to have criticisms on their work so they can improve. For me, I've absorbed the story well and the pace was ok for me (but I do hope there's more, sequel please! (/TДT)/ ), so I have no complaints.
